This is my story.
Originally from Ohio, my husband and I fell in love with North Carolina when our oldest daughter started university at UNC Wilmington. In 2009, we bought an oceanfront vacation home. After my husband retired, we decided to make this southern part of heaven our year-round home.
My history with Living Seaside began on the client side when the company's co-founder, Caroline Dugas, helped us buy and sell a number of properties in the area. When I entered real estate, I knew I wanted to work with Caroline! What an honor to be associated with the top 1% agents in Wilmington - I am blessed to have learned from the best!
In addition to being a member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors, I have earned four additional designations to benefit my clients: Seniors Real Estate Speciaist®, Strategic Pricing Specialist®, At Home With Diversity® designee, and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist®.
